John Freeman will be reading alongside US poet Marc Harshman at the Greenwich Book Festival on Saturday 28th May.

Marc Harshman, poet laureate of West Virginia, on a rare visit to the UK, and prize-winning British poet John Freeman will introduce and read selections from their poetry, reflecting on their own writing and each other’s, and inviting questions and discussion. Marc and John have been friends for several decades and both have given many readings of their work but this is the first time they have read together.

John’s new collection, What Possessed Me, will be published by Worple later this year.
